Public experimental innovative platforms play an important role in experimental teaching and research in universities. Taking the life science public platform for cultivation of innovative talents in Shanghai University as an example, this paper introduced specific training objectives and measures in the construction of the public experimental innovative platform for undergraduates in order to explore the "phased function" of this kind of platform in cultivating the innovative spirit and practical ability and to reveal different training programs of innovative spirit and practical ability for undergraduates in different grades. At the same time, the findings can provide reference for the construction of public innovative experimental platforms of other disciplines for the cultivation of innovative and practical ability of undergraduates.%以生命科学创新人才培养公共平台为例,介绍了面向全校本科生的公共实验创新平台构建中,针对各年级本科生的培养目标和具体培养措施,来探索此类公共实验创新平台在本科生的创新精神和实践能力培养方面的“分阶段”功能,揭示针对处于不同年级的本科生,利用不同的培养方案来培养其创新精神和实践能力,从而进一步挖掘与拓展此类公共实验平台的潜在作用,为其他学科此类公共创新实验平台在培养本科生的创新能力和实践能力方面提供经验借鉴.
