The method involves dividing current examined high beam of an object into a two-dimensional matrix at scattering voxels (5) with an assigned dispersion coefficient. Attenuation factors are calculated for a primary beam (13) and a secondary beam of a Compton scattering quantum (6). A common matrix is produced at corrected scattering coefficients, where the total correction of scattering signals results during matrix production.
