大学教师不但需要具有高深的学问,还需要修炼高尚的品格,规范自身的行为.教师对学生的影响主要通过自身的人格魅力,真诚、智慧、责任是大学教师的普适性人格魅力,而对于专业教师能够提 供帮助、和蔼可亲、博学和严谨是大学生们最认同的四种特质.%University teachers should not only have profound knowledge, but also great personality and the ability tornregulate their own behavior. Sincerity, wisdom, and responsibility should be the basic characters of university teachersrnbecause those characters could influence students in the teaching period. As a professional teacher, furthermore, willingrnto help, affable, knowledgeable, and rigorous are the four characteristics which are mainly accepted and admired byrnstudents.
