面向“中国制造2025”的土木工程材料专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

     

摘要

Civil engineering materials are the material basis of all engineering.Civil engineering materials have not only a great variety,prices different by performance,but also a huge amount application in civil engineering.A large number of technical personnel who take " civil engineering materials" as the professional direction,and talents in building,underground,bridge,measurement,management,machinery and other specialties who master the knowledge of civil engineering,are needed in the modernization construction of our country.The cultivation model of civil engineering materials major is explored based on "Made in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0".In order to achieve the high skilled personnel training,the teaching objectives,contents,methods and team building were discussed,the curriculum on requirements and assessment methods of general courses in civil engineering materials were suggested too.%土木工程材料是一切工程的物质基础,土木工程材料不但种类繁多、性能因材性各异、价格因性能不同相差悬殊,但却在土木工程中用量巨大.在我国现代化建设中,需要大量的以“土木工程材料”为专业方向的技术人才,以及掌握“土木工程材料”相关知识的房屋建筑、地下、桥梁、测量、管理、机械和其他专业的高水平人才.本文重点探讨了在“中国制造2025”和“工业4.0”的需求背景下,培养土木工程材料专业人才的模式.针对教学目标的确定、教学内容的安排、教学方法的设置以及团队建设的投入,提出了衔接紧密的“土木工程材料”系列通识课的设置顺序、实践课的进度安排和要求,以及各阶段的考核办法等,以期达到培养精细化制造的精准型高级专门人才的需求.
