上海中职师资队伍建设策略分析

     

摘要

Secondary vocational school teachers team construction has made considerable progress, but there are still problems such as insufficient number of teachers, low quality, and irrational structure, which will influence and hamper the development of secondary vocational education. In the "12th Five-Year" period, optimizing the source of new teachers and strengthening the construction of the professional leaders and the backbone of teachers, thus further ensuring the scale, adjusting the structure, strengthening management, improvingthe quality, should he the focus of increasing building connotation and constructing vocational education system in Shanghai.%近年来,上海中等职业学校教师队伍建设取得了长足进展,但还存在如教师数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理等方面的问题,影响和制约了中等职业教育发展。在“十二五”期间,优化新教师来源,强化专业到头人建设和骨干教师队伍建设,从而进一步保证规模、调整结构、加强管理、提高质量,应该成为上海加大内涵建设和建设职业教育体系的重点。
