CuGa2O4光催化剂的制备、表征与光催化产氢性能研究

         

摘要

CuGa2O4 with a d10 electronic configuration was synthesized via solid-state reaction route.The physical and chemical properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),UV-Vis diffusive reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).XRD and SEM analysis reveal that CuGa2O4 has an absolute cubic spinel crystalline structure and irregular microparticle shape,respectively.UV-Vis study displays that CuGa2O4 responds to a wide range of solar spectrum.Using glucose as an electron donor,photocatalytic hydrogen production performance over RuO2/CuGa2O4 was investigated.The results showed that photoactivity of hydrogen production over RuO2/CuGa2O4 was improved notably by glucose,and at the same time glucose itself was well degraded.After the initial several hours of induction period,the average hydrogen production rate was 10.59 μmol/h.%采用固相反应法合成了具有d10电子构型的CuGa2O4光催化剂.采用XRD,UV-Vis和SEM等分析方法对CuGa2O4的物理化学性质进行了测试和表征.XRD和SEM的测试结果表明,CuGa2O4具有较纯的立方尖晶石结构并呈现不规则微颗粒状,UV-Vis分析结果显示对较宽的太阳光谱都有响应.以葡萄糖作为电子给体,考察了CuGa2O4负载RuO2后的光催化产氢性能,结果显示葡萄糖能提高RuO2/CuGa2O4的光催化产氢效率,同时自身也被很好地降解.经过最初几小时的诱导期后,RuO2(1.0%)/CuGa2O4的平均产氢速率约为10.59μmol/h.
