煅烧温度对MgO-CaO-SiO2材料性能的影响

             

摘要

为了提高MgO-CaO 耐火材料的抗水化性能,在白云石粉(≤0.0374 mm)掺加10%(w)的石英粉(≤0.045 mm)合成MgO-CaO-SiO2耐火材料,并着重探究了煅烧温度分别为1400、1500、1600、1650℃时对MgO-CaO-SiO2耐火材料致密性及抗水化性能的影响。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,试样的致密度增大,抗水化性增强,但煅烧温度达到1650℃时出现过烧现象;在煅烧过程中,SiO2与CaO反应生成了3CaO·SiO2,但仍有游离态CaO存在,可净化钢液。%MgO-CaO-SiO2 refractories were synthesized by doping 10 mass% quartz powders (≤0.045 mm)into dolomite powders(≤0.037 4 mm)to improve the hydration resistance of MgO-CaO refractories. The influence of calcination temperatures (1 400,1 500,1 600 and 1 650 ℃ )on density and hydration re-sistance of MgO-CaO-SiO2 refractories was researched.The results show that:with the calcination temper-ature rising,the density of specimens increases,the hydration resistance strengthens,while the specimen is over burned at 1 650 ℃;SiO2 reacts with CaO forming 3CaO·SiO2 during calcination,but there still exists free CaO which can purify the molten steel.
