钢轨焊接作业工序时间测定的研究

     

摘要

The paper analyzes the rail-welding process, extracts the elemental motion of the process, uses in-situ stopwatch test method to measure the working hours, carries out the statistical calculation for the measurement results, and then obtains the standard work time of working procedure. Further, the paper researches into joint operation under multi-processes, and provides the posts-merging scheme based on the measurement results. This scheme can reduce the idle time and waiting time of operating personnel, increase the operational efficiency, and reduce the labor costs. The results of actual verification show that this standard work times obtained can be in line with the actual production situation, so the posts-merging scheme is entirely feasible.%通过对钢轨焊接工序进行分析,提炼出工序的基本动作,采用作业现场秒表测试的方法对工序工时进行测定,对测定的结果进行统计计算,得出工序的标准作业时间.并进行了多工序的联合作业分析,根据测定的结果提出岗位合并方案.该方案减少了作业人员的空闲与等待时间提高了作业效率,降低了人工成本.经实际验证,得出的标准工时与生产实际相符,岗位合并方案完全可行.
