高速铁路板式无砟轨道基础配套机具选型设计与应用

         

摘要

京沪高速铁路全线采用CRTSII型板式无砟轨道形式,板式无砟轨道基础在桥梁、路基段分别设计为底座板、支承层,以京沪高速铁路枣埠先导段为例,通过对高速铁路板式无砟轨道底座板/支承层施工模板进行多方案比选、选型设计、现场模拟试验验证工艺设计、并再次加工改进的情况,详细介绍了高速铁路CRTSI1型板式无砟轨道基础混凝土施工采用高模低筑模板设计方案,配置悬挂式宽度可伸缩振捣整平机,做到路基、隧道支承层与桥梁底座模板在直线、曲线段全部通用,施工组织方便、快捷,有效保证了混凝土的施工质量.%CRTS-II slab ballastless track was applied to Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway in whole, and the bases of the slab ballastless track were respectively designed as the base boards for the bridges and designed as the supporting layers for the subgrades/tunnels. The paper takes Zaofu pilot section of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway as an example. Then the paper makes a detailed description on the design scheme of a specialized formworks system used for concrete construction of bridge base boards and subgrade/tunnel supporting layers of CRTS-II slab ballastless track on high-speed railway, including the scheme comparison, model selection, field simulation, experimental test, and its renewed improvement. Moreover, the utilization of a suspended-type scalable vibro-leveling machine are also introduced in this paper. With these design scheme and machine, all the formworks of bridge base boards and subgrade /tunnel supporting layers could be taken in common use, wherever it was in straight section or in curved section. Thus the construction organization could be made more convenient and more prompt, and then the concrete construction quality was ensured effectively.
