贵阳轨道交通1号线钢弹簧浮置板轨道过渡段合理设置方式研究

     

摘要

短轨枕式整体道床与钢弹簧浮置板轨道的轨下基础刚度差异很大,需要设置过渡段以实现轨下基础刚度的合理过渡。结合贵阳轨道交通1号线中广泛采用的短轨枕式整体道床与钢弹簧浮置板轨道进行研究,建立短轨枕式整体道床与钢弹簧浮置板轨道过渡段的力学模型,采用有限元方法,对不同过渡段的长度、不同过渡段分级不同车速对过渡段的影响进行分析,同时还分析“加密钢弹簧支座减振扣件”的过渡方式。结果表明,不同的过渡段长度和不同的过渡段分级对过渡段的性能有不同程度的影响,采用加密钢弹簧支座结合减振扣件的过渡方式比仅加密钢弹簧支座的过渡方式过渡效果更好。%The big difference of stiffness between the short sleeper monolithic track bed and the spring-steel floating slab track foundation calls for a transition section for smooth transition of the stiffness under the rail. The author, based on the short sleeper monolithic track bed and the spring-steel floating slab track that are widely used in Guiyang rail transit line 1 , sets up a mechanics model of transition section between the short sleeper monolithic track bed and the spring-steel floating slab track. This paper analyzes the influence of different length, classification and speed on the transition section with the finite-element method. At the same time, the pattern of transition section with encryption steel spring bearing in combination with fasteners on the side of sleeper monolithic track bed is also analyzed. The results show that different length and classification have different impact on the performance of the transition section. The pattern of transition section of encryption steel spring in combination with fasteners is better than that of only encryption steel spring.
