板式无砟轨道路基翻浆及整修对轨道不平顺的影响研究

         

摘要

针对沪宁城际无砟轨道出现的路基翻浆冒泥病害,首先分析了其产生的原因,阐述了常用的注胶整治方法;然后对轨道质量指数( TQI)及其与各项参数的相关性、车体加速度幅值和功率谱变化进行了分析。分析结果表明:TQI数值较高区段都存在路基翻浆冒泥病害;注胶整修确实对轨道的不平顺性起一定改善作用,但整修后期有一定的反弹;路基翻浆主要影响轨面的垂向不平顺,这是由于从混凝土底座的伸缩缝处或从封闭层与混凝土底座缝隙间不断流出泥浆造成了混凝土底座空吊;维修整治后车体的垂向加速度幅值有所减小,维修整治主要改善了40~50 m波段的中长波轨道不平顺。%According to the subgrade mud-pumping of ballastless track in Shanghai-Nanjing intercity railway,this paper analyzed the causes of mud-pumping,put forward the common glue injection treatment method,and discussed the track quality index ( T QI) and its correlation with various parameters,the acceleration amplitude of train and power spectrum variation. The results show that there are mud-pumping diseases in area with high T QI value,the glue injection treatment method does improve the track irregularity but there will be some rebound at the late stage of renovation,subgrade mud-pumping mainly influences the vertical irregularity of the rail surface,which is due to the hollow concrete base caused by mud flowing from expansion joint of concrete base and the gap between the concrete base and sealing layer,the vertical acceleration amplitude of train decreases after maintenance and renovation,which improve the medium-long wave track irregularity with the waveband from 40 m to 50 m.
