新型钢轨固定式闪光焊接头焊后热处理设备及监控系统

摘要

New equipment and supervising system of post-welding heat treatment for stationary flash welded rail joints are designed by using the horizontal parting independent heating coils,the automatic centering of welded seam by distance measuring laser sensor,the automatic controlling deviation on heating temperature and quality monitoring system etc. With the new equipment and supervising system,the full process of post-welding heat treatment can be accomplished automatically and all the parameters of heat treatment can be supervised,showed,saved and queried. Now the problems of low automation level,the collision of heating coils with rail,big deviation of tested heating temperature and difficult tracing the parameters of heat treatment for welded joints have been solved by this new machine. The improvement on new equipment and supervising system can insure the quality of post-welding heat treatment for welded rail joints.%新型钢轨固定式闪光焊接头焊后热处理设备及配套的监控系统采用了对开式分体加热线圈、激光测距焊缝自动对中技术、自动控制温度偏差技术、质量监控系统等设计,实现了钢轨焊接接头焊后热处理过程的全自动化操作和工艺数据的监控、显示、存储和查询功能,解决了现有焊后热处理设备自动化程度低、钢轨容易磕碰加热线圈、温度测量偏差大、焊后热处理工艺参数不易追溯等问题.新型焊后热处理设备及监控系统的改进为提高焊接接头的质量提供了保障.
