带模注浆新型铁路隧道衬砌台车施工技术的优化

         

摘要

During the tunnel lining construction of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway,the new type railway tunnel trolley with mold grouting was applied. It achieves good effect in preventing cavities upon tunnel lining vault, and greatly improves the construction quality of tunnel lining vault. The application experience of such trolley was summarized in this paper,and a reasonable duration for grouting,that is from the time 12 h after vault concrete placement to the start of formwork removal,was proposed. In addition,the grouting technology was optimized by setting longitudinal grouting pipes and connecting with radial RPC grouting pipes to overcome the trouble that grouting pipes can easily be blocked. The new grouting technology can improve the construction quality of tunnel lining .%在京张(北京—张家口)高速铁路隧道衬砌施工中应用了带模注浆新型铁路隧道衬砌台车,对于预防隧道二次衬砌拱顶空洞效果良好,极大地提高了隧道拱部衬砌施工质量.本文总结该新型台车的应用经验,分析得出合理的拱顶注浆时间段——自隧道拱部混凝土浇筑完毕后12 h至拆模前.通过增加纵向注浆管并使之连通径向RPC注浆管,优化了注浆技术,克服了注浆管易被堵塞的问题,提升了隧道衬砌施工质量.
