高速铁路桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道配套设备及施工问题研究

     

摘要

Construction of ballastless tracks is a systematic engineering.Application of large-scale corollary equipment facilitates the development of flow process;besides,continuous construction boosts the growth of production efficiency.In order to increase production efficiency,research of the structure and construction technology of CRTSⅡballastless track has been carried out to sum up experience,and corresponding construction equipment has been developed as a result.Application of the auto-steering system and the development of automatic fine tuning system have become the highlight of ballasdess tracks construction.But there are shortages for some equipment,with the problem of the coordination between the device interface and construction as a leading example.This paper Introduces the equipment used in the construction of CRTSⅡballastless tracks,analyzes the shortcomings of the equipment in the construction process,hopefully,it will provide experience for the optimization of similar construction and equipment.%无砟轨道的施工是一个系统工程,大规模配套设备的应用形成流水作业,连续施工将带来高的生产效率。为了提高施工效率,通过研究桥上CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道的结构以及施工工艺,研制了相应的施工设备。自动转向系统的应用以及自动精调系统的开发成为桥上无砟轨道施工的关键点,但是有些设备存在一些不足,主要出现在设备接口与施工配合方面。介绍了桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工应用的设备,分析了设备在施工中的不足之处,为以后同类施工,以及设备优化提供了经验。
