The present invention relates to a cylindrical pile construction apparatus, a tapered pile construction apparatus and a tapered pile construction method which agitate excavation soil created in a bore forming process and a solidifying agent to manufacture a soil- solidifying agent composite pile. The cylindrical pile construction apparatus and the tapered pile construction apparatus include: a rod having a bar shape, and including a hollow space formed therein to allow a solidifying agent to move therein, and a first injection hole being arranged on a lower portion thereof and communicating with the hollow space; an excavation unit which is coupled to a lower portion of the rod, and excavates the ground by rotation; and an auger screw separated from the excavation unit to be arranged above the excavation unit, and coupled to a side of the rod in a helical form. The auger screw is extended along the side of the rod, has a diameter smaller than the width of the excavation unit, is separated from the ground surface where a bore begins, and is extended to a portion underneath the ground surface. The tapered pile construction apparatus further comprises a wing unit including an agitation shaft protruding from the side of the rod and an agitation wing arranged on an end of the agitation shaft and formed in a blade shape. A plurality of the wing units are arranged along the rod from an upper portion of the rod to a lower portion of the rod. The agitation shaft of the wing unit has a length becoming shorter towards the lower portion of the rod from the upper portion of the rod at a prescribed ratio. The tapered pile construction method uses the tapered pile construction apparatus.
