锦州港至白音华铁路分期扩能方案研究

摘要

锦州港至白音华铁路是我国蒙东地区煤炭外运的重要通路之一，研究年度随着运量分阶段迅速增长，通道运能与需求之间的矛盾将逐步显现。立足该铁路通道实际和功能定位，在对运输需求充分分析的基础上，以减少工程废弃为原则，研究制定分期配套的扩能措施，力争实现投资效益最大化。%Jinzhou Port to Baiyinhua railway is an important pathway of coal transportation in Eastern Inner Mongolia of China.With the rapid growth of the annual volume in stage,the contradiction between the channel capacity and demand will gradually appear.Based on the actual situation and function positioning of the railway passage,through the comprehen-sive analysis on transportation demand,to reduce construction waste,this paper formulates the measures of expanding ca-pacity staging to achieve the maximum benefit of investment.
