客运专线地下车站无砟轨道交叉渡线施工技术研究

     

摘要

以莞惠城际轨道交通工程施工为例,对我国首例60 kg/m钢轨12号无砟道岔配套5 m间距交叉渡线的施工技术进行了研究。结合该交叉渡线结构新颖、构造复杂、纵横向尺寸大,又处于两个交叉的地下隧洞内的特点,提出了施工技术方案和工艺流程,对施工测量、交叉渡线的组装、粗调、精调、焊接等施工技术要点进行了详细论述。实践证明,该施工方法技术先进、实用,施工效果良好。%The construction technology of ballastless double crossover of 60 kg/m No.12 turnout of underground station is studied based on Dongguan-Huizhou Intercity Railway.The center-to-center distance of the two parallel tracks of the cross-over is 5 m.This ballastless double crossover is designed and applied in underground station for the first time in China.The crossover is located in the crossing of two tunnels.Its structure is new and complicated with large sizes.The construction plan and the technology process of the crossover are proposed.The key construction technical points such as surveying and measuring,assembly,rough and accurate position adjusting,and rail welding of the crossover are discussed in detail.The technology is successfully applied during the construction.It is proved to be advanced and practical.
