丹参联合奥曲肽对犬急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

To explore the curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with octreotide on acute pancreatitis,70 cases of dogs with acute pancreatitis were chosen from July 2014 to July 2016 in Animal Hospital of Zhejiang University,being divided into the treatment group and control group,35 cases each.The octreotide was used to treat control group.The octreotide combined with salvia miltiorrhiza was used in treatment group.The indicators were used to analyze treatment effect of two groups,including specific levels of pancreatic lipase levels,relief time of abdominal pain,treatment time and the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment.The results showed that the treatment effectiveness of the treatment group and control group were 80% and 65.7% respectively,with a significant difference.Thus the treatment group can significantly alleviate pain and shorten the treatment time.In a word,the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with octreotide on acute pancreatitis was superior to that of single use of the octreotide.This paper provided a new clinical method for dog acute pancreatitis.%为探讨丹参注射液联合奥曲肽对犬急性胰腺炎的临床疗效,选取浙江大学附属动物医院2014年7月至2016年7月门诊诊断为犬急性胰腺炎的70例病例,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例.对照组采用奥曲肽进行治疗;治疗组采用奥曲肽联合丹参注射液进行治疗,分析2组治疗后犬特异性胰脂肪酶水平、腹痛缓解时间、治疗时间以及临床综合效果.结果显示,治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为80%和65.7%,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),即治疗组能显著缓解腹痛时间和缩短治疗时间.因此,丹参联合奥曲肽治疗犬急性胰腺炎的临床效果显著优于单独使用奥曲肽,为犬急性胰腺炎的治疗提供一种新的临床方案.
