自动测试系统性能的模糊综合评价方法研究

     

摘要

针对目前我国自动测试系统领域中综合性能评价体系不完善的现状,提出了一种模糊综合评价方法.首先,对自动测试系统的综合性能进行深入分析,建立了综合评价指标体系;然后,运用层次分析法构造评价比较判断矩阵,确定了评价指标的权重;同时,利用模糊综合评价方法建立了模糊综合评价模型;最后,对VXI总线测试系统的性能进行了评价.结果表明,评价结果符合客观实际,具有一定的参考价值.%Aiming at the incomprehensive status of existing performance evaluation architectures in automated test system area of our country, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is proposed. First, the comprehensive performance of automated test system is analyzed in detail, and the index system of comprehensive assessment is established. Then, the comparison and judgment matrix for evaluation is built by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) , to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is established by adopting the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Finally, the performance of VXI bus test system is evaluated. The result indicates that the result meets objective practice, and features reference value.
