基于广义随机Petri网的并行自动测试系统性能分析研究

     

摘要

为了提高并行自动测试系统的测试效率,改善系统总体性能,运用基于广义随机Petri网的系统性能分析方法,对并行测试任务过程建立广义随机Petri网模型,将并行测试过程同构于马尔科夫过程,并对该过程进行性能分析,进而得到并行测试系统中各种测试资源的利用率以及任务过程的平均延时数据;根据模型计算所得到的测试资源利用率,确定影响并行测试系统性能的瓶颈所在;通过分析并行测试系统中测试资源调用的分布情况,调整测试资源同测试任务的匹配关系,以达到进一步提高测试系统测试效率的目的.%In order to increase the test efficiency of ATS (Auto Test System). And improve the system performance, we model the parallel test process in GSPN (Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets) -based system performance analysis method, and prove that the isomorphism of the parallel test process is the Markov process. After analyzing the model process performance, we get some results on utilization ratio of all kinds of test resources in the parallel ATS. And average delay data of task process. By means of such results, the obstacles which can easily affect the parallel ATS performance show up. With analysis on the test resources assignment in parallel ATS. We regulate the match-relationship between the test resources and test tasks; therefore, the efficiency of ATS can be improved deeply.
