The safety operation of the reaction and regeneration system is the prerequisite of security in production of the entire fluid catalytic cracking unit. In order to minimize the probability of the fatal accidence of the device and avoid the significant economic loss, on the basis of deeply understanding the process and the equipment characteristics, an emergency shut down system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC is studied and designed, and the interlock control, configuration of hardware and software and network communication of the ESD are analyzed. The system protects the unit with feeding, reactor-regenerator, main air flow low, and main fan; and posses certain engineering significance.%反应再生过程的安全运行是整个催化裂化装置安全生产的必要前提.为最大限度地降低装置恶性事故发生的概率,避免重大经济损失,在深入了解其工艺及设备特点的基础上,研究并设计了一套基于西门子S7-300 PLC的紧急停车(ESD)系统.介绍了ESD的联锁控制、硬件配置、软件组态和网络通信等.该系统可对装置进行进料自保、两器自保、主风低流量自保以及主风机组自保,具有一定的工程意义.
