Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional IC packaging technology, e. g. , poor alignment accuracy, low operation efficiency and product rate, the low cost and high efficiency ball grid array ( BGA ) automatic locator has been designed by applying the intelligent PID algorithm in PLC control to construct the transmission system. The composition of the system is researched, and the structure of the principle prototype is designed; thus the architecture based on BGA image detection and precise alignment system is proposed. The result of experiments verifies the correctness and feasibility of the system, as well as the operational effects of the BGA automatic locator in practical applications for enhancing productive efficiency.%针对传统IC封装技术对位精度差、工作效率和成品率低等特点,将智能PID算法应用于PLC控制的传动系统,设计了一种低成本、高效率的BGA全自动定位机.研究了BGA全自动精密对位机的系统组成,并进行了原理样机的结构设计,提出了基于BGA图像检测和精密对位系统的体系结构.实验结果验证了该系统的正确性和可行性,BGA全自动定位机在实际应用中具有很好的使用效果,使生产效率得到了提高.
