Aiming at the temperature characteristics of slow time varying and large time delay in glutamate fermentation process, the self-correcting PID control algorithm is proposed to implement temperature control for glutamate fermentation process. Hie least square method is adopted in the controller to do online recognition of the system parameters, and the pole assignment self-correcting method is used to correct the result of recognition. The Matlab simulation tool is used to compare the simulations on the control outputs with or without setting threshold. The result shows that better control effect is obtained when threshold being set.%针对谷氨酸发酵过程中的温度具有时变缓慢、大滞后的特点,提出采用自校正PID控制算法实现对谷氨酸发酵温度的控制.控制器采用最小二乘法对系统参数进行在线辨识,并采用极点配置自校正方法对辨识结果进行校正处理.最后,使用Matlab仿真工具对设置和不设置阈值的控制量输出分别进行仿真比较.结果表明,设置阈值的控制量输出所取得的控制效果较好.
