高炉喷煤罐压自动设定及煤粉流量调节研究

     

摘要

Along with the increasing of the quantity of blast furnace pulverized coal injection ( BF PCI) , the fluctuation of the quantity of PCI is also increasing. In order to control the quantity within certain range, manually adjusting various parameters make labor intensity greatly increased, and the fluctuation severely affected the stable operation of the blast furnace. Thus, the control method of setting the pressure of injection tank automatically in accordance with the quantity of PCI is introduced. The flow control valve is added on the rear pipeline of mixer, and PID automatic regulation is implemented through software. The method enhances the stability and production efficiency of PCI, and reduces the labor intensity.%随着高炉喷煤量的不断增加,喷煤量的波动也呈不断增加的趋势。依靠人工手动调节各种参数,使喷煤量控制在一定的偏差范围内的操作方式大大增加了操作工的劳动强度,同时,喷煤量的波动也给高炉的稳定运行带来了严重的影响。介绍了一种高炉喷煤系统中喷吹罐罐压根据喷煤量自动设定的控制方法。在混合器后总管上增加流量调节阀,并通过软件实现PID自动调节。该方法降低了操作工的劳动强度,提高了喷煤的稳定性和生产效率。
