大型风力机变桨距加载系统多余力抑制方法研究

         

摘要

The suppression methods of excess force generated in variable pitch loading system of large wind turbine are researched, and to reduce the excess force,the method with which the variable pitch position system is equivalent to the inverted simple pendulum load is proposed. Considering about the coupling relationship between the position system of simple pendulum load and the loading system, the decoupling compensation control strategy with double differential structure is adopted. The results of Matlab simulation prove that after adopting the decoupling compensation control strategy with double differential structure,when the loading frequency reaches 10Hz,the excess force reduces from ± 22 N to ± 4 N around,this meets the performance index of loading system. The simulation result shows the effectiveness of such control strategy for suppressing excess force.%对大型风力机变桨距加载系统产生的多余力抑制方法进行了研究,提出了一个将变桨距位置系统等效为倒立单摆负载的方法以减小多余力.考虑到单摆负载的位置系统与加载系统之间的耦合关系,采用了双微分结构解耦补偿控制策略.Matlab仿真结果证明,采用双微分结构解耦补偿控制策略后,当加载频率达到10 Hz时,多余力从±22 N左右减小到±4 N左右,满足加载系统的性能指标.仿真结果表明了采用双微分结构解耦补偿控制策略抑制多余力的有效性.
