一种基于虚拟技术的气敏传感器测试系统

     

摘要

The traditional test of gas sensitive sensor is processed in a closed container with known volume,and filled with measured gas in certain concentration,with help of a simple circuit design,the resistance characteristic performance of the sensor is monitored.This method features many disadvantages,such as big error of gas distribution,weak dynamic response and low test efficiency,etc.,so the practical test demands cannot be met.Aiming at these problems,the dynamic resistance matching method based on LabVIEW virtual technology is proposed.The modular composition of the whole test system,the basic principle of each module and the implementing method are described.The experimental results show that by using this system for testing gas sensitive sensor,the test error may be reduced to 0.1%,and the test time can be shortened by 50%,the implementation of this test system decreases the cost of test,and resolves many problems for high sensitive gas sensors.The system provides real and reliable parameters reflecting the performance of gas sensitive sensors,it possess wide applicable prospects in testing field of gas sensitive sensors.%传统的气敏传感器测试是将传感器固定在一个已知体积的密闭容器中,通入一定浓度的被测气体,借助简单的电路设计,监测传感器的电阻表征性能.该方法存在配气误差大、动态响应弱、测试效率低等问题,无法满足用户的实际测试需求.针对该问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟技术的动态电阻匹配方法.介绍了整个测试系统的模块组成、各个模块的基本原理和实现方法.试验结果表明,应用该系统进行气敏传感器测试,测试误差减小了0.1%,测试时间也缩短一半.气敏传感器测试系统不但降低了试验成本,还解决了许多高灵敏度气体传感器无法测试的问题,为衡量气敏传感器的性能优劣提供了真实可靠的参数,在气敏传感器测试中具有广阔的应用前景.
