基于Compact FieldPoint模块的气敏传感器阵列自动测试系统

摘要

实现了一种可检测多种气体的气敏传感器阵列的自动测试系统；提出了可精确控制气体流量的配气系统；采用美国国家仪器(NI)公司的Compact FieldPoint模块实现了气敏传感器阵列的数据采集和测试系统的控制；并且利用图形化软件LabVIEW设计了一种兼容Compact FieldPoint模块的自动化控制和测试软件；结果表明,该自动测试系统稳定、便捷,可以在计算机自动测量与控制领域广泛的应用.%A gas senor array automatic test system that can achieve multi - gas detection was demonstrated in this paper. An accurate controlled gas distributing system was designed for this system. The National Instrument (NI) Compact FieldPoint modules were used to collect data from the gas sensor array and to control the testing system. Furthermore, a custom designed controlling and testing software which is compatible with Compact FieldPoint modules was developed by using LabVIEW program. The result shows that the automatic test system perform steadily and handily. It can be widely used in computer automatic measurement and control area.
