双工位点胶机八轴运动控制系统的设计

         

摘要

随着微电子产业的快速发展,相关产业对于点胶机的需求不断增长.针对当前人工经验型液晶显示屏点胶机存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题,采用Inventor建模软件,设计了一种全自动、高效率的双工位点胶机,开发了一种基于PLC、触摸屏以及伺服控制技术的八轴运动控制系统.对该系统的工作原理及硬件组成进行了研究,分别对双工位点胶机的传感检测系统、电机控制系统、气动系统和人机交互系统的设计进行了介绍.根据工艺流程与机械结构,编写了控制程序;通过机械结构硬件与程序软件,实现了对设备与人员的保护.试验结果表明,该双工位点胶机规模较小、产量较高、价格便宜,能实现自动上下料和点胶,具有结构稳定可靠、生产效率高及控制系统易于操作的优点,满足了企业的点胶需求.%Along with the rapid development of microelectronics industry,the demands for dispensers from relevant industries are continuously increasing.According to the problems exiting in current manual experience type dispenser for liquid crystal displaying screen,such as large labor intensity and low efficiency,a fully automatic and high efficient double workplace dispenser is designed using Inventor modeling software,and the eight axis motion control system based on PLC,touch screen and servo control technology is developed.The working principle and hardware composition of the system are studied,the sensing detection system of the double workplace dispenser,the electrical control system,pneumatic system and the design of the human-computer interaction system are respectively introduced,and the control program is written according to the process flow and mechanical structure.The protection of the equipment and personnel is implemented by the hardware of mechanical structure,and software of program.The test results show that the dispenser is a fully automatic double workplace dispenser which is smaller in scale,higher in yield,in low cost,and is able to load and unload automatically the materials for dispensing;its structure is stable and reliable,the control system is easy to operate,thus the requirements of the enterprises are effectively resolved.
