逸散性泄漏阀门标准分析和密封技术探讨

     

摘要

目前,针对逸散性排放,国内石化项目要求普遍采用ISO 15848-1和TA-LUFT微泄漏认证的评定等级、型式试验和验收标准要求.对两项标准进行了对比分析,得出了两者评定等级之间的关系,旨在帮助更多的阀门制造企业认识和理解微泄漏认证的试验要求以及验证过程中的测试技巧.同时,从填料密封系统和金属波纹管密封技术两个方面,介绍了适用于低逸散性排放的先进动密封技术.该技术在逸散性阀门的推广和应用,将有效降低逸散性排放对气候变化、空气污染和人类健康的影响.%At present,aiming at fugitive emission,ISO 15848-1 and TA-LUFT are commonly adopted for petrochemical projects on the assessment rating, type test and acceptance criteria of micro-leakage certification. The two standards are compared and analyzed,and the relationship between these two assessment ratings is obtained to help more valve manufacturing enterprises to understand these requirements and the test skills during the verification process. In addition, the advanced dynamic sealing technology suitable for low fugitive emission is introduced from filler sealing system and metal bellows sealing technology. The promotion and application of this technology will effectively reduce the impact of fugitive emissions on climate change,air pollution and human health.
