用于核级机箱生产的自动焊接系统

         

摘要

中国核电的快速发展使核级电气控制柜的需求剧增.由于核级电气控制柜品种多、质量要求高,传统的自动焊接设备和手工焊接已不能满足生产需求.对手工焊接的缺点以及自动焊接的优势和局限进行了分析,并根据实际生产需求,设计并搭建了一种新型的、适用于核级机箱生产的自动焊接系统.通过工业机器人驱动焊枪运动,利用PLC控制自动焊接系统的运行,应用气保焊进行焊接,并采用柔性工作台和夹具实现了小批量焊接生产的自动化.通过试生产,对整个自动焊接系统进行了验证.结果表明,系统焊接效率高、焊缝质量好,适用于小批量柔性生产.%With the rapid development of nuclear power in China,the demand of nuclear-grade electrical control cabinet increases dramatically. Due to the multiple variety and high quality of nuclear-grade electrical control cabinet, the traditional automatic welding equipment and manual welding cannot meet the demand of production. The shortcomings of manual welding and advantages as well as the limitations of automatic welding are analyzed,and according to the actual production demand,a new automatic welding system suitable for nuclear power cabinet production is designed and built. The welding gun is driven by industrial robot to move,and the operation of the automatic welding system is controlled by PLC,the gas metal arc welding is used to welding,and the flexible table and clamp are adopted,and the automatic of small batch welding is realized. The whole automatic welding system is verified by trial production,and the result shows that the automatic welding system possesses high efficiency and good weld quality of weld line,and it is suitable for small batch flexible production.
