高线全自动打包机盘卷对中压实控制系统研究

     

摘要

Compaction control is an important part for implementing fully automatic control of the baler of high-speed wire coil. The centering and compaction control which affecting the stability and efficiency of the baler in practical production is researched. The method of judging whether the wire coil is correctly centering is determined,the displacement curve of compactor is drawn, and the control block diagram of the speed adjustment of compactor is designed.The logics in different stage are switching using logic control method,including high speed and low speed,forward and backward,stop and lock,etc.,to realize piecewise speed setup of compactor,thus the operation efficiency is improved.The displacement of the compactor is sampled in real time by using encoder,and through PID control algorithm,the speed of compactor is adjusted for correcting the deviation of displacement,to meet the requirement of centering error.The logic control of compactor and PID operation processing are all performed by Siemens CPU317.The practical production shows that the speed of the compactor and the centering of the wire coil can be automatically followed and corrected to ensure the centering compaction effect.%压实控制是实现高线打包机全自动化控制的重要环节.针对在实际生产中影响打包机运行稳定和效率的盘卷对中压实控制进行研究.确定了盘卷是否对中的判断方法,绘制了压实车的位移曲线,设计了压实车速度调节控制框图.采用逻辑控制方法实现压实车高速与低速、前进与后退、停止及锁车等不同阶段的逻辑切换,实现压实车速度分段给定,提高压实车的运行效率.使用编码器实时采样压实车位移,通过PID控制算法,调节压实车运行速度,修正压实车位移偏差,使得盘卷对中压实的误差在工艺要求范围内.由西门子CPU317完成压实车逻辑控制、PID运算等处理过程.生产实践表明,该控制系统实现了压实车的速度和盘卷对中能自动跟随校正,保证了对中压实效果.
