实验室无人值守自动控制管理系统的设计

     

摘要

At present,in labs of universities,there are a huge number of computers,while the less management staff leads to the heavy work load of the management and maintenance in labs,therefore the conception of unattended automatic control and management is put forward.With STC89C52 single chip computer as the hardware control core,combining with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology,the electronic access control of lab and swipe card management of students are implemented, and the corresponding software are designed by using VC++ language and SQL Server database.Teachers can look up the current course time and the status of student attending classes by the software.Considering the energy consumption in the lab,a small separate plug-in is designed based on this system for automatic shutdown,when the computers are not in use,the computers would automatically be shutdown.In addition,in order to avoid the damage caused by accident,the corresponding manual switch is also equipped,the electronic access control and power control for lab are realized through the switches.The results of operation show that the design has basically realized the unattended laboratory.%针对当前高校实验室计算机数量多、实验室管理人员较少而导致的实验室管理维护工作繁重的现状,提出了实验室无人值守自动控制管理的构想.以STC89C52单片机为硬件控制核心,结合射频识别(RFID)技术,实现了实验室电子门禁和学生刷卡管理;使用VC++语言和SQL Server数据库设计了对应的软件.任课教师可通过该软件查看当前课程时间和学生上课状态.考虑到实验室的能源问题,在此系统的基础上单独设计了自动关机小插件,实现了计算机无人使用的时候自动关机.同时,为了避免因系统损坏导致的意外事件发生,也设计了相应的手动开关,通过开关对实验室的门禁和电源进行控制.试运行结果表明,该设计基本实现了实验室无人值守的目标,系统运行状况良好.
