浅析PCB阻焊塞孔效果与电视机主板出现导通孔不通关系

摘要

消费类电子产品如电视机主板和显示器主板一般是用双面或四层印制板。考虑到成本的因素，阻焊印刷塞孔使用的油墨与表面印刷所使用的油墨是相同的，必须保证塞孔的完整性，否则在后制程的OSP环节就会出现微蚀溶液残留在导通孔内的隐形质量缺陷，造成最终导通孔不通严重质量问题。本文主要阐述导通孔出现递进式不通的原因和防范措施。%The electric consumer goods, like panel TV and monitor, generally use double sides or four layer PCB. In order to save the costs, the ink for printing solder plug hole is the same as that for printing the surface, which needs to guarantee the integrity of the hole, otherwise, the following OSP procedure will cause the invisible defect that micro etching solution will remain in the hole. This article focuses mainly on the reason which causes the blocking of guide hole and how to avoid it.
