俄罗斯联邦《教育法》中教育法律规范的新变化

摘要

俄罗斯联邦新《教育法》于2013年9月1日起正式实施。与原《教育法》相比，新《教育法》的结构更趋合理，概念更准确、规范更清晰、内容更具体，更便于适用，反映了俄罗斯联邦教育领域的发展与变革。本文将注意力集中在新旧《教育法》的对比分析上，重点介绍新《教育法》中教育法律规范的新变化，为我国教育立法提供借鉴和参考。%Russian Federation new “Education Law” has already been implemented on September 1, 2013. Compared with the old“Education Law”, structure is more reasonable, conceptions are more accurate, norms are more clear, contents are more speciifcally, legal applicability is easy in the new“Education Law”. The new“Education Law”shows the development and change in the education ifeld of Russian Federation. Comparing the old and new“Education Law”, this article will focus on the new changes of educational legal norms in Russian Federation“Education Law”and provide reference for Chinese education development.
