紫杉醇脂质体联合洛铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of paclitaxel liposom plus lobaplatin on recurrence or metastasis breast cancer( MBC ) patients. Methods Thirty female patients received paclitaxel liposom 135 mg/m2 and lobaplatin 30 mg/m2 who were accepted greater than or equal the second-line chemotherapy of every 21 days. Every patient was treated for at least 2 cycles. Results Five patients achieved complete response and 8 partial response, the overall response rate was 43. 3% ,the main side effect was marrow surpression. Conclusion Combined chemotherapy of paclitaxel liposom plus lobaplatin has a good anti-tumor activity and manageable toxicity on recurrence or MBC patients.%目的 观察紫杉醇脂质体联合洛铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌(MBC)的疗效.方法 30例患者给予紫杉醇脂质体135 mg/m2联合洛铂30 mg/m2治疗,疗程21 d,至少2个疗程.结果 完全缓解5例,部分缓解8例,总有效率为43.3%,主要不良反应为骨髓抑制.结论 紫杉醇脂质体联合洛铂治疗复发MBC疗效显著.
