二例新生儿青霉素皮试过敏的临床观察及应急措施

总结2例新生儿青霉素皮试过敏的临床观察和应急措施. 通过详细询问过敏史,皮试前充分急救准备,皮试后严密观察,成功地抢救了2例青霉素皮试发生剧烈过敏反应的新生儿,对其家属进行过敏相关的健康教育及出院指导,最终2例患儿痊愈出院.%The articles summarize the clinical observation and emergency measures about two cases of neonatal penicillin allergy. Two newborns of severe allergic reaction to penicillin skin test were timely and successfully rescued through the acknowledge of detailed allergic history,emergency preparation before the skin test and close observation after the skin test. The relevant health education and discharge guidance were given to their family members, finally both newborns were recovered and discharged.
