再次行青霉素皮试引起过敏反应引发的思考

摘要

本文对1例再次行青霉素皮试引起过敏反应的患者进行分析，用药前询问用药史、过敏史及家族史，特别是已经对青霉素或青霉素类药物过敏的患者应禁用该药。对已经使用过青霉素的患者，必须详细询问用药后发生的症状。%In this paper,the author analyzed 1 patient with allergic reaction caused by once again penicillin skin test.We ask the medication history,allergic history and family history before medication,especially the patients with penicillin or penicillin class drugs allergy should be banned the drug.The patients with using penicillin must be asked the symptom after medication.
