乙酰谷酰胺联合纳美芬对急性脑出血患者神经功能的保护作用

摘要

Objective To evaluate the neuroprotective effect of acetylglutamide combined with nalmefene on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Totally 82 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n =41) and combined treatment group (n =41).Combined treatment group was treated with acetylglutamide and nalmefene besides the conventioal therapy for the routine treatment group.The efficacy between the two groups was compared after continuous treatment for 7 d.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in various indexes,such as oxidative stress,hemotoma volume and GCS scores.The above indexes in combined treatment group were improved more significantly than those of routine treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the change in stress index had a significant correlation with the prognosis.Contusion Acetylglutamide combined with nalmefene on the basis of conventional drug therapy can achieve a better neuroprotection effect and favorable prognosis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.%目的 评价乙酰谷酰胺联合纳美芬对急性脑出血患者的神经保护作用.方法 选取82例急性高血压脑出血患者.根据不同的治疗方法分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组41例.联合治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用乙酰谷酰胺和纳美芬,连续观察7d,比较两组患者临床治疗效果的差异.结果 治疗前,两组患者的氧化应激指标VAP、ET、hs-CRP、IL-6、MAD及血肿容积、GCS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗7d后,治疗组患者上述指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05),且应激指标的变化与其预后效果有明显的相关性.结论 针对急性脑出血的患者,在常规用药的基础上加用乙酰谷酰胺和纳美芬,能够有效保护患者的脑神经功能,获得良好的预后效果.
