局麻药切口局部浸润镇痛的临床应用进展

摘要

切口局部浸润镇痛是将局麻药单次或者持续注入切口处,阻断切口附近神经末梢的疼痛信号传导,从而达到镇痛的目的.这种镇痛方法已广泛应用于临床各类手术,不仅可以提供良好的术后镇痛,而且能通过减少阿片类药物的应用从而降低不良反应的发生率.本文对局麻药切口局部浸润镇痛的临床应用进行综述.%In order to provide efficient analgesia,incision infiltration of local anesthesia is used by single or continuous injection of local anesthetic to block nerve conduction of pain stimulation around the incision.It has been widely used in various of surgeries,providing efficient postoperative analgesia and decreasing the risk of untoward effect of opioids.This paper reviews the progress on analgesic method of incision infiltration of local anesthesia.
