纤维肌发育不良致自发性颈动脉夹层并脑梗死一例诊治分析

摘要

Fibromuscular dysplasia is one of non-inflammatory or non-arteriosclerotic arterial disease,which mainly involved medium-size arteries,and can lead to arterial stenosis,occlusion,aneurism or dissection,is one of significant causes of stroke in young people.This paper analyzed a case performed as spontaneous cervical artery dissection complicated with cerebral infarction caused by fibromuscular dysplasia,to improve the understanding of fibromuscular dysplasia of clinicians.%纤维肌发育不良是一种非炎性、非动脉硬化性动脉血管病,主要累及全身中等动脉,可导致动脉狭窄、闭塞、动脉瘤或夹层,是导致青年卒中的重要原因.本文分析了一例纤维肌发育不良致自发性颈动脉夹层并脑梗死患者的诊治经过,以期提高临床医生对纤维肌发育不良的认识.
