目的 探讨数字乳腺断层融合X线摄影对浸润性导管癌的诊断价值.方法 选择85例女性患者,所有患者均经数字乳腺断层融合X线摄影检查,获得DBT及FFDM图像,分析DBT、FFMD及DBT联合FFDM对浸润性导管癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度,及其对浸润性导管癌的影像学征象.结果85例患者中,17例为良性肿瘤,68例为浸润性导管癌.DBT及FFDM联合DBT的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均明显高于FFDM,P <0.05;但DBT与FFDM联合DBT对比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05.DBT及FFDM联合DBT对浸润性导管癌的影像学征象诊断准确性明显高于FFDM,P <0.05;而DBT与FFDM联合DBT对比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05.结论DBT可提高浸润性导管癌的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确率,也可以更明确显示浸润性导管癌的影像学特征,其作为乳腺X线摄影新技术,具有良好的应用前景.%Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of digital mammary gland fault fusion X-ray photography on invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods 85 female patients were chosen, who were inspected by digital mammary gland fault fusion Xray photography, and got the DBT and FFDM images, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and imaging signs of DBT, FFDM and DBT combined with FFDM were analysised. Results 17 cases were benign cancer, 68 cases were invasive ductal carcinoma in 85 cases. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of DBT and DBT combined with FFDM were higher than FFDM, P < 0.05, while DBT and FFDM combined with DBT had no significant difference, P> 0.05. The imaging signs accuracy of DBT and FFDM combined with FFDM were higher than FFDM, P < 0.05, while the DBT and FFDM combined with DBT had no significant difference, P>0.05. Conclusion DBT could improve the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of invasive ductal carcinoma, and could explicit the imaging signs of invasive ductal carcinoma, which was a new mammography technology, had great application prospect.
