肿节风注射液联合5-Fu 对人胃癌细胞 MGC-803增殖和凋亡的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Zhongjiefeng injection (ZJF) combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) on cell proliferation,adhesion and apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma cell line MGC-803.Methods The cell proliferation inhibi-tion rate was detected by MTT assay ,the cell adhesion was observed by adhesion experiment ,and the cell apoptosis were observed by flow cytometry.Results ZJF and 5-Fu both could inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803 cells,and their effects were enhanced along with the increase of drug concentrations .Compared with ZJF or 5-Fu alone ,ZJF combined with 5-Fu got higher cell growth inhibition rate and apoptosis rate ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Compared with ZJF or 5-Fu alone,ZJF combined with 5-Fu could better inhibit the cell growth of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells,suppress cell adhesion,and in-duce cell apoptosis .%目的：探讨中药肿节风注射液（ZJF）联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）对体外人胃癌细胞系MGC-803增殖、黏附和凋亡的影响。方法采用MTT方法检测细胞的增殖抑制率；通过细胞粘附实验观察细胞粘附力；流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况。结果肿节风注射液和5-Fu均能抑制人胃癌MGC-803细胞生长，并随着药物浓度的增加而增强，肿节风注射液联合应用5-Fu细胞生长抑制率明显高于单用肿节风注射液或单用5-Fu （P＜0．05），两药联用细胞凋亡率明显高于两药单用（P＜0．05）。结论肿节风注射液和5-Fu联合应用与两药单用比较，抑制人胃癌MGC-803细胞增殖、抑制细胞黏附能力更强、促进细胞凋亡。
