脾弥漫性红髓小 B细胞淋巴瘤临床病理特点分析

摘要

目的：探讨脾弥漫性髓小B细胞淋巴瘤（ SDRPSBCL ）的临床病理特点、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析1例SDRPSBCL患者的临床病理资料，并结合相关文献进行复习。结果该例SDRPSBCL患者，以脾肿大、发热及淋巴细胞计数升高为主要表现，经脾脏组织病理学及其它相关检查确诊为SDRPSBCL。结论 SDRPSBCL是1种新被认识的独立疾病实体，临床少见，以中小淋巴瘤细胞弥漫性浸润脾脏红髓为重要病理特征。%Objective To discuss the clinicopathologic features ,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of splenic diffuse red pulp small B cell lymphoma (SDRPSBCL).Methods Clinical data of 1 SDRPSBCL was retrospectively analyzed and related lit-eratures were reviewed .Results Based on spleen histopathology and other related examinations , the patient was diagnosed as SDRPSBCL.The main manifestations were splenomegaly ,fever and lymphocytosis .Conclusion SDRPSBCL is a new recognized independent disease ,and it is rarely seen in clinic .Small and medium lymphoma cells diffuse infiltration of splenic red pulp is the main clinicopathologic feature .
