目的 研究节拍式化疗联合微波热疗对晚期卵巢癌患者血管生成的影响及临床疗效.方法 选择卵巢癌患者63例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受节拍式化疗联合微波热疗,对照组患者接受标准化疗.分别于化疗前后测定患者外周血和腹腔积液中的VEGF蛋白浓度,评估对血管生成的影响.对比两组的近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 化疗后,观察组的外周血和腹腔积液中VEGF浓度显著低于对照组(t=11.624,P=0.007&t=21.470,P=0.002);观察组总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组总有效率62.50%(t=4.585,P=0.032);观察组总有效改善率为77.42%,显著高于对照组的总有效改善率48.39%(t=4.729,P=0.030);观察组的不良反应发生情况显著少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 节拍式化疗联合微波热疗能显著抑制肿瘤新生血管的生成,显著改善患者的近期疗效及生活质量,且不良反应较少.%Objective To study the effect of rhythmic chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia on angio-genesis and clinical efficacy in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods 63 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group received rhythmic chemotherapy com-bined with microwave hyperthermia,and patients in the control group received standard chemotherapy. The levels of VEGF protein in peripheral blood and ascites were measured before and after chemotherapy to evaluate the effect on angiogenesis. Compared the short-term efficacy,improvement of quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups. Results The levels of VEGF in peripheral blood and ascites of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t =11. 624,P=0. 007 & t=21. 470,P=0. 002). The total effective case (rate) was 28 (87. 50%) of the observation group,and was significantly higher than that of the control group (20,62. 50%) (t=4. 585,P=0. 032). The total effective improvement case (rate) of the observation group was 24 (77. 42%),and was significantly higher than that of the control group (15, 48. 39%) (t=4. 729,P=0. 030). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Rhythmic chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia can significantly inhibit tumor neovascularization,improve the patient's recent efficacy and life quality significantly with less adverse reactions.
