目的 探讨mTORC1相关蛋白在胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤中的表达与预后之间的相关性.方法 纳入75例胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤的患者,采用免疫组织化学方法检测mTORC1相关蛋白的表达水平,通过病理学分级、临床分期分析mTORC1相关蛋白在不同分层患者中的表达情况,采用Cox回归分析及log-rank检验分析预后与mTORC1相关蛋白表达的相关性.结果 mTOR1相关蛋白在胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤中阴性表达率远高于阳性率;病理学分级恶性程度高的标本mTOR1、Bcl-2、TSC2、PS6、SSR2、β-catenin的阴性率高,临床分期进展程度高的标本中,mTOR1、Bcl-2、TSC2、PS6、SSR2、β-catenin的阴性率高.Cox回归分析及log-rank检验分析mTORC1相关蛋白表达阴性是预后不良的独立影响因素.结论 mTORC1相关蛋白在胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤中的低表达与病理学分级、临床分期差、预后不良具有一定的相关性.%Objective To investigate the correlation between mTORC1-related protein and prognosis in gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Methods 75 cases of gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors were select-ed,immunohistochemical methods was used to detect mTORC1-related protein expression,patients with normal and cancerous tis-sues beside compared by pathological grade,clinical stage analysis mTORC1-related protein stratification in patients with different expression,using Cox regression analysis and log-rank test to analyze the correlation with prognosis mTORC1 related proteins. Re-sults mTOR1 related proteins in the gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors was much higher than the negative expression of the positive expression,the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 001);high-grade malignant pathology specimens mTOR1,Bcl-2,TSC2,negative rate PS6,SSR2,β-catenin,the high degree of progression of clinical stage samples, mTOR1,Bcl-2,TSC2,PS6,SSR2,negative rate ofβ-catenin,Cox regression analysis and log-rank test analysis independent factors of mTORC1 negative expression was associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion Low expression of mTORC1-related protein in gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors is related with pathological grade,poor clinical staging and poor prognosis.
