HSPC238对Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响

摘要

目的 探讨高表达和干扰HSPC238对Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响.方法 将pcDNA3.1-HSPC238高表达和pLL3.7-HSPC238干扰载体分别瞬时转染Hela细胞,然后采用EdU增殖和Transwell侵袭实验,检测HSPC238对Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力的影响.结果 与对照组相比,转染了pcDNA3.1-HSPC238质粒的Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力下降,转染了pLL3.7-HSPC238质粒的Hela细胞增殖和侵袭能力增强,以上结果均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 HSPC238高表达时能抑制Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭,干扰HSPC238时促进Hela细胞的增殖和侵袭.%Objective To investigate the effect of up-regulation and down-regulation of HSPC238 on the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells.Methods PcDNA3.1-HSPC238 vector and PLL3.7-HSPC238 vector was transiently transfected into Hela cells respectively.We tested the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells by EdU proliferation assay and transwell assay.(P ＜ 0.05).Results Compared with the control group,the proliferation and invasion ability of Hela cells increased after transfected with PcDNA3.1-HSPC238 vector,decreased after transfected with PLL3.7-HSPC238 vector.Conclusion When upregulated,HSPC238 could inhibite the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells.When downregulated,it can promote the proliferation and invasion of Hela cells.
