肿瘤终末期姑息化疗与非化疗治疗的临床效果比较

摘要

目的 探析肿瘤终末期姑息化疗的临床效果,并与非化疗治疗进行对比分析.方法 选取116例终末期患者为此次研究对象,根据患者及家属意愿将其分为化疗组(n=58)和非化疗组(n=58).化疗组患者给予姑息化疗进行治疗,非化疗组患者则给予保守治疗,对比分析患者的肿瘤变化、情绪反应及其末期生活质量.结果 经治疗后,非化疗组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均优于化疗组(P<0.05);化疗组患者的生活质量评分优于非化疗组(P<0.05).与非化疗组相比,化疗组临床总有效率有明显优势,不良反应的发生明显高于非化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 终末期患者选择化疗,可提升其晚期生存质量,但治疗费用昂贵,会增加患者及家属的经济压力和心理负担;采用非化疗的保守治疗方案,可改善患者的负面情绪.因此,在治疗方案选择上,仍需要充分尊重患者及家属的个人意愿.%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of end-stage palliative chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy for tumor.Methods 116 cases of end-stage patients were divided into chemotherapy group(n=58)and non-chemotherapy group (n=58).Chemotherapy group were treated with palliative chemotherapy for further treatment,chemotherapy was given to patients with non-conservative treatment,compare the patient's emotional response,satisfaction and quality of life in the end.Results Af-ter treatment,anxiety,depression scores of non-chemotherapy group were better than the chemotherapy group(P<0.05);chemo-therapy patients quality of life scores than non-chemotherapy group(P<0.05);chemotherapy patients and family satisfaction 84.91%,non-chemotherapy group was 83.02%,there had no significant difference(P>0.05)between the 2 groups.Conclusion End-stage patients choose chemotherapy treatment,which can improve the quality of life,but the treatment is expensive,will in-crease the economic pressure and psychological burden on patients and their families;conservative non-chemotherapy treatment can improve the patient's negative emotions.Thus,in the choice of treatment,we still need to fully respect the wishes of the indi-vidual patients and their families.
