大型垂直升船机钢丝绳组件安装技术

摘要

针对大型垂直升船机钢丝绳组件安装的特点和难点及传统安装方法的不足,提出一种科学实用的升船机钢丝绳组件安装技术及作业方法.采取钢丝绳出绳点精确定位、多绳共槽全卷绕结合绕绳机架等技术措施,解决了钢丝绳组件安装数量多、绳径大、施工场地狭窄、长、短绳多绳共槽卷绕的难题.该技术已在景洪、三峡等升船机工程中得到应用,效果显著.%Due to the installation features and difficulties of wire rope assemblies used in large vertical ship lifts and the shortcomings of the traditional installation,a new kind of scientific installation technique and operation method for wire rope assemblies are proposed.The measures of precise positioning of the wire rope combined with rope winding device are taken to solve the problems of installation of wire rope assemblies including a large number of wire rope components,large wire rope diameter,narrow construction site,multi-rope groove winding for long ropes and short ropes,etc.This technique has been employed in the construction of Jinghong and Three Gorges ship lifts and achieved remarkable effects.
