管理视角的建筑工程质量改善策略研究

摘要

According to many years of engineering management practice and research related to construction companies,the factors of personnel,operations,processes and equipment to affect the quality problems in building construction process were analyzed from the perspective of management,by using the ideas and methods of management principles and quality management.The specific measures and proposals to improve construction project quality management were displayed from organizational and technical aspects due to the causes of the problem.Studies have shown that the quality of construction management was a social,entrepreneurial problem,and the quality of the project has become the focus of competition in the construction industry,the personnel,operations and process were main contradictions to seize for improvement the quality management.%根据多年工程管理的工作实践和对相关建筑企业的调研,运用管理学的原理和质量管理的思想及方法,从管理的视角对建筑工程施工过程中会对质量问题有影响的人员、作业、流程和装备等因素进行了分析。针对问题产生的原因,从组织和技术两个方面提出了建筑工程质量管理改善的一些具体的措施和建议。研究表明建筑工程质量管理是一个社会化、企业化的问题,工程质量已成为建筑行业竞争的焦点,人员、作业和流程是建筑工程质量管理改善要抓住的主要矛盾。
