PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct work schedule based on a result of work.;SOLUTION: A management device 10 receives a work result transmitted from a portable terminal 20 (step S18), and analyzes the content of the received work result, and stores the work result in a construction work information DB part 12 (step S19). When a result of construction is input as a work result, a work achievement rate is input. When a result of inspection is input, a work achievement rate is calculated. A management device compares a work start date, work end date and period of a planning stage and the work achievement rate of an actual work stored in an inspection information table, and forms a new schedule for the current work (step S20).
